Thomas Balfe passed away on November 17, 2021 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Ngan "Vy" (nee Thi). Loving father of Nancy (Don), Barbara, Dianne, John, David (Amy), Thomas Jr. (Angie), Shawn (Krystal) and the late Kelly. Tom is survived by many dear grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and their families. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Monday, November 22, 2021 after 9am at Holy Innocents Church, 1337 E. Hunting Park Ave., Phila., PA 19124. Funeral Mass will begin at 11am. Interment will be held privately.
