Kosinski, Jr. and his wife Christine, Hon. Gerard A. Kosinski and his wife Elspeth and Stephen J. Kosinski and his wife Deborah; Stephany is also survived by her grandsons Kyle, Josh and Lucas Kosinski and her sister Helen Sarat.
