CHMIELEWSKI REGINA `JEAN` (nee Swiderski), suddenly on Oct. 26, 2002, wife of the late Thomas Chmielewski and the late Matthew B. Machion, beloved mother of Carol Clements and her husband Thomas J., Matthew J. Machion and Charles B. Machion and his wife Judith A., loving grandmother of Cheryl and Thomas Clements and Brittany A. and Brian C. Machion; she is also survived by her sister Eleanor Hockenbury, her brothers John and Joseph Swiderski, the late Sophie G. Smith and her 'daughter' Barbara Haldeman. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Thurs. 9 A.M. at St. Bernard's Church, Cottage and Bleigh Sts., Phila. Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 A.M. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
