Patricia Ann ""Patsy Ann"" Devlin Collins, 76 of Bridesburg, passed peacefully at Vitas at Nazareth on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Vincent Collins, Sr., dear children Vincent Jr. and Selena Jane, and her parents Thomas and Lorraine Devlin. Loving mother of Latisha (Brian Almond). Devoted MomMom of Reilly Jane and Vincent Michael. Fur MomMom of Henry Danger and Piper Charlotte. Sadly missed by her siblings: Thomas (Betty Lou) Devlin, Bill(Arlene) Devlin, Dennis (Lorraine) Devlin, Johanna Pluck, Margaret (Rocky) Harris, Matthew (Rita) Devlin, Bridget(Jim Adams) Devlin, Richard (Jessica) Devlin, PricillaRyan, Mary Jane (James) McReynolds, Kathleen(Michael) Senski, and Michael (Eileen) Devlin. She was preceded in death by her sister, L. Joan Woodward, her brother-in-laws C. Ronald Woodward, George Pluck, and Tommy Ryan, and her niece Phyllis Pluck. She is also survived by 132 nieces and nephews and hundreds of cousins. She will be missed by her bonus ""kids"" Jessie McGrath and Chris DaSilva.
Born December 16, 1946 in Kensington, Philadelphia, Patsy Ann, or Pat was a graduate of Kensington High School for Girls. She was a proud employee of St. John Cantius School (later Pope John Paul II Regional) for 28 years retiring in 2011 after the birth of her granddaughter.
After Vince's death, she raised her daughters alone. She was a proud dance mom. She was an excellent crafter, baker, and candy maker. She designed and made many costumes for the girls' dance recitals and school plays. She could do the Mummers Strut better than anyone. She was a late in life Disney Fan, going as often as she could. Pat also was a reluctant Phillies fan, thanks to her girls.

Friends, family, Garden Street neighbors and St. John Cantius/Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic School teachers and alumni are welcome to attend her viewing and funeral on Friday, January 27, 2023 after 10am at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St., Phila., PA 19137. Religious services will begin at 12noon. Interment will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
