KUREK
MILDRED "MILLIE" (nee Dydak) of Phila., peacefully passed away on Feb. 21, 2014 at CareOne at Evesham. Millie is survived by her son, Dr. Bernard W. Kurek; daughter-in-law Joan; grandson and his wife, Christopher M. Kurek, Esq. and Katie G. Kurek, Esq. She is also survived by her sister Elizabeth and her husband Dr. Harry W. Antes and sisters-in-law Jean Dydak, wife of Walter, and Carol, wife of Theodore. Pre-deceased are brothers Jospeh, Walter, Henry and Theodore, as well as sister Stephanie. Millie will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. John Cantius Parish, its Holy Family Sodality, Rosary, and Sacred Heart Societies, the League of Polish Women in America, Polish Beneficial Assn., and All Saints Sr. Citizens. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Wednesday 9:30 A.M. in St. John Cantius Church (4400 Block of Thompson St.) Funeral Mass will begin 10:30 A.M. Int. Holy Redeemer Cem. In lieu of flowers, donations in Millie's memory to the student scholarship funds at LaSalle College High School, 8605 W. Cheltenham Ave., Wyndmoor PA, 19038 or St. Joseph's Preparatory School, 1733 W. Girard Ave., Phila., PA 19130 would be appreciated by her family.
