JOAN (nee Karpen), on Oct. 12, 2011. Devoted wife of the late George. Loving mother of George J. (Carole), Debra Warner (J.R.), and Christine Nowak (Eugene). Dear Nani of Danielle, Colleen, Joseph and Brian. Also sadly missed by Sonny, Barbara, Dori; her brother, Edward Karpen; many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives, friends, former co-workers from Home Unity Savings, and fellow members of St. John Cantius Golden Agers, Holy Family Sodality and Rosary Society are invited to her viewing Monday, 9:30 A.M., in All Saints Church (Thompson and Buckius Sts., Phila. PA 19137). Funeral Mass will begin 11 A.M. Interment Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
