JEAN W. (nee Czajkowski) on June 28, 2003; wife of the late Stanley; beloved mother of Leon Skros and his wife Maureen, Christine C. Shafer and Edward Skros and his wife Karen; she is also survived by her grandchildren, Brian and Mark Shafer, Patrick and Susan Skros and Mathew, Joanna and Michael Skros and her great grandson Henry Shafer. Jean is the sister of Matthew Czajkowski and the late Henry Czajkowski. Relatives, friends and the St. Bartholomew's Senior Citizens are invited to her Viewing and Funeral Wednesday 8 A.M. at THE SLABINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 2614 Orthodox St., Phila. Funeral Mass 10 A.M.
