James Alan Seiger

James Alan Seiger "Jim" passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on September 12, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife Theresa (nee Cuthbert) of 41 years, his sons James Jr. (Emily) and Jeremy, grandson Timothy. Jim is survived by many nieces, nephews and their families, cousins, his brother in law and wife and his sister in law and many dear friends. He is predeceased by his son Ryan and his siblings George IV, Theresa, Edward and William.

Jim worked at United Parcel Service for 31 years & retired in September 2018. He was a member of Teamsters Local 623. Jim was a passionate Flyers fan and also enjoyed watching the Phillies & Eagles. He loved watching WWE wrestling with his sons. One of his favorite nights was going to Wrestlemania in Philadelphia with his sons in April 2024. It was a special night for all of them. 

 Jim was a member of the Quaker City English Dart League. He shot darts with his wife & their good friends out of the Polonia Club (P8) in Bridesburg. His nickname was “Outshot Jim”. Jim enjoyed spending time with his family & having barbeques in his backyard, just relaxing and listening to music, especially Elvis and the Doors.                          

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Friday, September 20, 2024 from 10am-12noon at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St., Phila., PA 19137. (Parking on Premises). Services will begin at 12 noon. Interment will be private.
