Carter Jr. III; also survived by his mother Grace Planthaber, 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, brothers Robert (Carol), Tom (Pat), sisters Grace Farrell (Chris), Joan Wittkamp (Jim), Ann Komraus (Rudy), and many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives, friends and fellow members of VFW Post No.2 (Past Commander, current Sr. Vice Commander and Steward) are invited to his Viewing Wed. EVENING 7-9 P.M. and on Thurs.
