JADWIGA K. (nee Kulpinski) on July 19, 2009. Wife of the late Alfred S. Bogucki, M.D. Beloved mother of Peter Bogucki and his wife Virginia. She is also survived by her grand daughters Caroline and Marianna and her sister-in-laws Mary Kulpinska and Mildred Bogucki and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday evening 7-9 P.M. at THE SLABINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 2614 Orthodox St., Phila. A gathering of family and friends will take place beginning at 10 A.M. at the Our Lady of Czestochowa Barn chapel. Funeral Mass 11 A.M. Int. Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery. In Jadwiga's memory, donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Holy Ghost Prep's "Schreyer Challenge", 2429 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020 would be appreciated by her family.
