Florence J Dombrowski (nee Ostapczuk) on March 25, 2018. Wife of the late Francis M. Dombrowski. Beloved mother of Geraldiine J. Bucolo (Sam), Jacqueline S. Wojcik (Fred), Francis J. and Susan J. Seybert (Brian). Also sadly missed by 9 grandchldren and 9 great-grandchldren. Dear sister of Estelle J. Supreme and the late Richard J. Ostapczuk. Florence was a member of the Levittown Artists Association, Oreland Art Center, the Philadelphia Water Color Club and the Abington Art Center. Florence studied under Howard N. Watson AWS, George Gansworth, AWS, John Pike, AWS, Pearl Slobocian, AWS,Joanna and Rudy Krasnansku, Jean Uhl Spicer, AWS, Ray Loos, AWS, and Kass Morin Freeman AWS. Her paintings have been exhibited in Mathers Mill, Fort Washington, Neshaminy Mall, Oxford Valley Mall, Pennwood Library, Langhorne, Adam Styka Memorial Exhibit, Czestochowa, Woman's Club of Frankkford, Rydal Park, Wood River Village, Bensalem, Bucks County Bank, Trevose, University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, King of Prussia, Joint Show Frame Factory, Silver Lake Gallery and Lehigh Valley Hospital. Florence has wonthe Paul Remmey Memorial Award (1973, 1979), First Prize (1991), Third Prize (1990) and Honorable Mention (1980, 1981, 1983, 1984 and 1987) with the Woman's Club of Frankford - Annual Juried Art Show. Sshe also was Honorable Mention (1989) with Pine Run's Tenth Annual Exhibit. Florence has been painting since 1971 after having raised her children. She pursued her love of art beginning with oil and then watercolor. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Saturday, April 7, 2018 beginning at 9 AM at St. John Cantius Church, 4400 E. Thompson St., Phila. Pa. 19137. Funeral Mass 10 AM. Int. Private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Florence's memory to Neshaminy Manor Residence Fund, 1660 E. Easton Rd, Warrington, Pa. 18976 would be appreciated by her family.
