Eugene Wallace Gontarek

Eugene Wallace Gontarek passed away on February 26, 2021. Dear son of the late Walter Gontarek and Alfreda Gontarek (nee Ruchniewski). Beloved father of Eugene W. Gontarek Jr. (Terri), Vincent James Gontarek, Joseph Gontarek (Belinda), Christine Windsor (Tommy), Helen Gontarek and the late Jimmy Gontarek. Brother of Richard Gontarek (the late Maxine), Carol Ann Horstmann (Henry), Gloria Szymanski (Al), Leonard Gontarek (Cathy), Veronica A. Gontarek and the late Walter Gontarek (Barbara), Arlene M. Gontarek and Alfred V. Gontarek (Joann). Survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Also sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, their families and many friends and neighbors. Gene was a proud United States Marine Corps veteran who served in Vietnam. Relatives, friends, members of American Legion Post 821 and Point No Point Club are invited to attend his services on Friday, May 21st, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Beverly National Cemetery, 916 Bridgeboro Road, Beverly, New Jersey 08010.
