Schartner Edward O. passed away on February 12, 2017. Beloved Husband of Dorothy R. (nee Mitchell). Edward is a proud veteran who served in the United States Marines Corps during the Vietnam War. Services and Interment were held at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, Pennsylvania.
