Edward O. Schartner

EDWARD O. SCHARTNER, formerly of Huntington and Barboursville, husband of Dorothy Mitchell Schartner, died Feb. 12. Services and burial were held at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, Pa. Slabinski Funeral Home, Philadelphia, Pa., is assisting the family.
