EDWARD STANLEY, age 93 on October 4, 2013. Cherished and loyal companion of Connie Passaretti. Loving Brother of Francis "Bill" and the late Stanley, Vincent, Marie Mason, Sr. Mary Eleanor, CSSF and Laura Hunter. Sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Ed was a proud US Navy Vet of WWII, retired employee of 30 yrs from the Naval Depot, graduate of Northeast Catholic High School and lifetime parishioner of St. Laurentius Church. Ed's quick wit, compassion and easy-going attitude will always stay in the hearts and minds of his family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Wed. 10-11AM at St. Laurentius Church, Memphis and Berks Sts., Phila. Funeral Mass will begin at 11AM. Int. Washington Crossing National Cemetery. Donations in Ed's memory to St. Laurentius School, 1612 E. Berks Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125 would be appreciated.
