Don Mcmahon

Don McMahon, Age 92, passed on October 15, 2021. Beloved "Donnie" to his late wife, Brigid (Breda). Beloved father to Kathleen Deffler, Maureen Allen (Robert), Patricia Cosentino (William) and the late Donatius McMahon (Bobbie). Beloved "Pop-Pop" to nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Don is the brother of Patrick McMahon in Ennis, Ireland, and Nola Rooney of Lake Wales, FL. Born and raised in "Spancil Hill" in County Clare, Ennis, Ireland in May of 1929. Don lived in England for a few years before emigrating to the United States. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Don was a builder and craftsman. He was always eager to lend a hand to those in need. Don and Breda were long-time residents of Delran, NJ, where they raised their four children and were active members of the community and Holy Name Parish. Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral mass at 11 AM on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Resurrection Parish (Holy Name Church), 260 Conrow Road, Delran, NJ 08075. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to Don's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
