BUBB Arlene F. (nee Flanagan ) on April 21, 2010. Beloved wife of Steven L. Bubb. Loving daughter of the late Joseph T. and Marie Flanagan. Dear sister of Maryann Choquet, Joseph (Kathleen), Richard, John, Michael (Donna), Robert (Theresa), Annamarie Flanagan, Stephen, Carolann Waskiewicz (Albert). Also survived by her mother-in-law Helen Farrell (Tom), nieces, nephews and their families. Relatives, friends, former employees of Pennsylvania Engineering and City of Phila.
